Other businesses include the Hunterville Veterinary Club, cafes, novelty shops, fuel suppliers, garages and mechanical services. A highlight of the year for the region is hosting the Huntaway Shepherds Schemozzle. Hunterville School for the past 10 to 15 years, the roll has been settled between 140 to 200 pupils. The school bus picks up at the gate.
